From a jury verdict and judgment for the plaintiff, defendant appeals, attacking the judgment on the ground that the trial court erred in respect to a) rulings on evidence, b) submission of the question of defendants negligence to the jury, and c) in not ruling that plaintiff was guilty of contributory negligence as a matter of law.
