Carrie the new girl in Sarai's class came to live with her grandmother's, but always looked sad and had no friends. Sarai could not stop thinking about her when she went home and wanted to make her feel special too with her other friends. Sarai asked her parents for Carrie to attend and share her dad at the daddy-daughter dance. Sarai's dad suggested a way for Carrie to enjoy the dance because he did not want Carrie to sit out the first dance when every girl starts dancing with her father.  Sarai was so excited and wanted Carrie to look pretty for the dance, she gave Carrie the new dress her mother brought for her.  Sarai was fine with finding another dress in her closet even though she knew it was not as pretty as the one mom brought, she just wants to make Carrie feel happy. On the way home dad was passing by the store and the minute he saw a blue dress, he knew it was the one for Sarai. Sarai was so happy with the dress. It was not pink, but it was one of the prettiest dresses she had ever seen. Sarai and Carrie went to the Daddy Daughter Dance together and had a wonderful time. Her friends also came and talked to Carrie.  Sarai was so happy because she had made someone else happy.
